We’re Hiring: VP—Marketing

Interested in joining Kita? We’re hiring a VP - Marketing  to help us scale our impact at the intersection of climate, insurance and innovation.

About the Role

As our new VP - Marketing, you’ll manage and optimise functions related to marketing, external communications and PR, with a strong focus on thought leadership that drives market education within the carbon and insurance markets. This role sits within the Distribution team which leads our client engagement.

Location: United Kingdom (Remote-first, with part-time London office attendance desirable)

Availability: Min. 20 hours/week – flexible

Start Date: As soon as possible

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-3 years at a junior-mid level in a sales or marketing role; prior insurance and/or carbon markets experience

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Able to translate technical language into marketing friendly language

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, plus ability to work independently

• Experience with email marketing / organic social media marketing

• A proactive, systems-oriented mindset

• Passion for climate, innovation, and building from the ground up
